Safe storage of chemicals and waste water

Flat-bottom storage tanks to be installed on-site with an effective volume of 0.7m³ up tp 40m³

  • Diameters of 1m up to 4m, heights of 1m up to 3.0 m
  • Suitable for in-house and outdoor installation
  • The flat bottom storage tank provides a double-wall design: the external and internal walls provide leak-proof reliability due to 24 hrs control by means of an integrated leak detector. As a result, the provision of a sump is not required.
  • Easy delivery and placement of the storage tank can be guaranteed even under difficult access conditions, e. g. narrow hatches or doors.
  • The integrated manhole on the roof of the storage tank provides easy access into the storage tank to allow for inspections and cleaning without the disassembly of fittings.
  • The selection and arrangement of connections shall apply in accordance with the customer’s specifications. Depending on the medium that is to be stored, the material used for the connections of the tank may be GRP, PVC, PE, PP or stainless steel. Retrofitting of connections is possible.
  • The storage tank can be offered with insulation and heating. As an alternative, the storage facility may also be provide with a single-wall design.
  • In accordance with the chemical properties of the medium that is to be stored, the stability of GRP material may be modified by combining different types of resins and glass fibre (please refer to the list of mediums).

In order to ensure the stability of storage tanks, different types of resins and glass fibre are used for the storage of different mediums with individual chemical properties.

The following groups of media mya be stored:

  • Acids

  • Industrial waste water and municipal sewage water
  • Detergents
  • Bio fuels
  • Various compositions of substances and other

 

Our storage tanks are designed for the storage of more than 150 liquids that are hazardous to water.
